Member Profiles

Well, since I joined the guild/forum I've noticed that a lot of players aren't very active or even registered on the forums and I've been thinking about how to solve that.

What if we create a new forum-section called profiles or something like that, then people could start one topic each with their name(Main-charachters name) as headline and in that topic put whatever info about him/herself that he/she wants.
Info such as:
*Name(Real life):
*Location:
*Interests:
*Main-Charachters name:
*Alternative Characters:
**In Guild
**Not In Guild
**(Other Realms)
*Horde Charachters: [Name, Realm](In case someone plays horde characters as well, I do, although not as much as my chars on Defias Brotherhood...)
*Etc.

Then people could discuss whatever they want in these topics, both in-game stuff as well as real life stuff(Such as common interests etc.).This would hopefully make members check the forums more often.

Just an idea, please post comments on what you think about it,

Nice idea, but you will prolly have more luck saying that in G chat - most people don't check the Forum

yeah, well I was suggesting this as a way of getting people here. Maybe have it as guild message of the day or something to make people come here and check it out.

It's a very good idea indeed =)
I will look over this and several other things with Poly (regarding the forum).
Then we will announce if this will be added with the forum update.

Oh, and for the registering part, I think you should put it in the guild message of the day, I know you used to have it there, that's how I got to know about the forums.;D And I'll try to remind people in-game.=D
