Attunement: Blackwing Lair

So, here's the attunement for BWL =)
Everyone who wishes to raid with Circle of Power must have completed the attunements for the specific raid instances by the time the raid has started.

Start by retrieving the Blackhand's Command from the Scarshield Quartermaster located in the area to the right of the Blackrock Spire entrance.

This item starts the quest Blackhand's Command which requires you to kill General Drakkisath in Upper Blackrock Spire.

When this is done, return to the orb which can be found near the Scarshield Cuartermaster to return the quest.

Now you're attuned to BWL ^^

My tip is you do this at the same time as you do the last part of Onyxia's Lair attunement^^
